Creatorship Program Agreement

This Creatorship Program Agreement (“Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which the Sponsor agrees to reimburse the Creator for participation in the program. By signing this Agreement, the Creator agrees to comply with the requirements outlined below.

 

1. Program Offer

The Sponsor will reimburse the Creator for the full product cost and shipping after the Creator fulfills the posting requirements outlined herein.

• Reimbursement applies only to the purchased product and shipping cost.

• It does not include additional costs such as expedited shipping, gift wrapping, donations, or add-ons.

• Reimbursement will be provided via PayPal, Venmo, or store credit. The Creator must have one of these payment methods available.

• This program is available only within the United States.

• Each Creator is eligible for one (1) reimbursed product per calendar year, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Sponsor.

 

2. Posting Requirements

• The Creator must make one clear public post on a recognized social media platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X/Twitter).

• The post must:

  1. Clearly show the product in use or displayed.

  2. Tag the Sponsor’s official account and/or include the hashtag(s) provided by the Sponsor.

• Posts must remain live and publicly visible for at least thirty (30) consecutive days.

 

 

3. Submission of Proof

• Within seven (7) days of purchase, the Creator must provide to the Sponsor:

  • A clear copy of the purchase receipt for the product and shipping.

  • A screenshot and/or direct link to the social media post.

  • Payment preference (PayPal, Venmo, or store credit).

• Submissions received late, unclear, or incomplete may result in forfeiture of reimbursement.

 

4. Media Usage

By participating, the Creator grants the Sponsor full rights to use the Creator’s submitted photos, videos, or social media content for marketing purposes worldwide, in any format, and without time limit, including but not limited to:

• Reposting on the Sponsor’s social media accounts.

• Display on the Sponsor’s website or online store.

• Inclusion in advertising campaigns (digital ads, print ads, and email newsletters).

• Use in product listings, catalogs, or promotional materials.

The Creator acknowledges and agrees that no additional compensation will be provided beyond reimbursement of the product and shipping cost.

5. Payment Terms

• Reimbursement will be processed once the Sponsor verifies compliance with this Agreement.

• Payment timeline:

  • PayPal or Venmo: within fourteen (14) business days.

  • Store credit: within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours.

6. Fraud Prevention

The Creator agrees that:

• Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent receipts, screenshots, or posts will result in immediate disqualification from reimbursement.

• Deleting, hiding, or making the post private before the required 30-day period will void reimbursement.

• Any attempt to misrepresent product ownership, falsify documentation, or manipulate program rules will result in permanent disqualification from all current and future creator opportunities.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to verify receipts and confirm post authenticity directly with platforms or vendors.

 

7. Limitations

• Program slots are limited each month and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• The Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the program at its discretion.

8. Agreement

By signing this Agreement, the Creator agrees to:

• Fulfill all posting and submission requirements as outlined.

• Submit valid receipts and proof of posting within the required timeframe.

• Allow the Sponsor to use submitted content for marketing without further approval or compensation.

• Abide by the fraud prevention terms described herein.

• Limit reimbursement participation to one product per year, unless explicitly approved by the Sponsor.
